Do they honestly believe that making threats on what will happen to you if you dont comply is going to make people want to do it?

On the internal web site there is mention of how compliance to the hybrid working model will be used in performance reviews.

There are also threats of what they will do to you if you dont do it - disciplinary action and termination.

Threats are a surefire way to "innovate and experiment".

Fuck this company and the shitheads who run it.

Our department hasn’t been able to get anything done for the last 2 days now. We’re about to miss critical deadlines cause of this bullshit. And it will be the patients in our trials who suffer the most, but they don’t care. As long as they can claim their shitty sites are worth what they paid on the asset sheet and placate the shareholder.

Number of people = number of parking spots = number of desks/chairs

its a disaster, parking the biggest issue but I waited 30 min for a coffee, 45 for m lunch...then, with 50 people in open space, I couldn't hear myself think. If their intent was to kill moral and productivity, bravo, quite the success
 








I am in Rahway. agree with the comments. I guess they don’t care about productivity and morale. and The “buzz” mentioned in the dumb memo was people lamenting about the debacle. Some didn’t have chairs. Please end this nonsense.
 




It’s so damn annoying that all the company emails I’m getting are totally ignoring what’s going on at the campuses. How can we do important work if we don’t have the opportunity to do so. Focus on our work? How are we supposed to do that?

I fucking hate this so much, there aren’t nearly enough desks in our neighborhood so we have to infiltrate other depts’ space which causes a lot of friction and arguing.

By 10 AM I’m stressed the fuck out from trying to find parking and a desk and am ready to fucking cut someone.

its nuts, this is for the good of the company? You want people in 3 days a week, have adequate seating and parking and design an are conducive to a lot of people close together working.
 








I literally can’t hear myself think in the office it’s so crowded. Even with headphones it’s not enough to drown out how stupidly loud it is.

You would think there was a natural disaster, it took 30 minutes for ke to get lunch. Later, I almost pooped on the bathroom floor waiting for a stall to become available. And parking!@#@! It was easier to find parking when I took my kids to Taylor Swift.
