How to destroy field medical


Peggy Han is one of the most uninspiring leaders out there. Talk about lack of emotional intelligence she destroyed field medical when she created the MED role. She should’ve been put to pasture with Edith and Joni. Why and how she’s still here is baffling. Ashley I hope you are reading this and handle that problem. Teresa - if every person deserves a great leader why is she still here?

One would think that senior leaders would know better but with the pace of 'promotions' and changes as they all jockey for the next promotion, they have short term vision and never really have to live long-term with the fall-out of their decisions. Unfortunately, it's a game and PH plays it well.

Yah...well when LG was trying to break into management, Peggy became her advocate and so they have history and a strong bond. They tend to have similar personalities and working traits.....which includes being the 'wrecking ball' in the room.
 



Agree on the above comment completely true. Collective leadership (how original Bea and ZS) it’s a slow lethargic style and there is diffuse accountability which we have had inherently for the last several years now ….we are putting a name on it. It is also is opposite from what Theresa said which is focusing on the individual in 2025. I continue to watch this FMLT of the past and future struggle on consensus, clarity and direction. 2027 it’s going to take us to 2030 and a leadership team that doesn’t say collective leadership in emails but do command and control style with Elon Musk like bullet points directing us when we had nothing to do with building it.

This is the most accurate thing I have ever read on this website. It is really out well written and exactly depicts who Peggy Han really. She has created false spins or narratives around situations she was not even closely involved with and had negatively impacted several people careers bc she is “courageous leader” willing to “say what needs to be said” when she has no idea what the actual facts were. She may have been a good leader at some point but the power and ego has been clearly gone to her head and she certainly needs to be served up a fresh slice of humble pie!! Whatever happened to Nancy needs to happen to her - it will take a few courageous people to report her BS to HR before anything real happens to her. I’m just glad she is no longer a leader in FMT and pray she never comes back here.
 






Lisa Grasso is probably more scared about the weight she’s gonna gain due to the stress she creates for herself by not trusting those around her and her increased cortisol levels than she is about being an actual good leader like those have said above she’s cut from the Peggy Han cloth so we all know what to expect another puppet in medical that Peggy Han can control. Also you picking Ryan over all the other talent that applied for that role you deserve everything that’s coming your way with managing that POS.

Elisha is unbearable- she’s an idiot without a backbone, biggest people pleaser who is just playing buzz word bingo. Whoever thought she was the one to keep from the bunch of losers at FMLT from the last regime certainly made a grave error in decision making.

Field Medical LT is like a drug addict. It relapses fast. Lisa is no different from Cathy and Peggy so far.

5 years ago we were "doing" role standards and insights, 5 years later, we are still "doing" role standards and insights.

Can someone explain what’s with the stupid ass skip levels with these RTAL??? biggest waste of time and there goes 30 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back. What I learned from that conversation is that they have no idea what they are going and clearly have zero leadership backbone. AI and metrics are the future - def sounds like world class service NOT!!
