I worked at Genentech until 5 years ago. I was there for more than 10 years. I recently received a call about a position there. Base pay is good but, what is the environment like? I keep hearing it extremely toxic.

2025 will be filled with a lot of rehashing and reshining up the “basics of MSLing” so Bea can say we went to #1 so she can move back to Spanish affiliate and be a country manager. She cares nothing about us, leadership is merely a vehicle to her showing she “fixed” something. The FMLT will try, but even they know the plan is baked already thank you ZS. Bea has no clue what needs to be done, what should be done and how to hire transformative leadership. FMLT will try to get us to deliver on the ZS mission so we can do it all over in 18 months. Go back and read this it will be spot on 18 months from now when we get a new VP yet again. Where’s Waldo will be gone too!
