How long before Novartis gets rid of Alcon

Running into the ground or finding out they bought smoke and mirrors that allowed Buehler et al to make a fortune while screwing everyone else?

Burglar is a robot himself his only interest is getting his money and screw everyone else!! Since he took over the company have gone down. He don't have the balls to stand up to jj to protect his army and generals. He was just all for himself!!

Let this serve as a warning to future buyouts - "if it ain't broken - don't fix it". For no reason whatsoever, Novartis killed the goose that laid the golden eggs. There is no need to 'integrate' every business that is acquired - as Nestle aptly demonstrated when they let Alcon run its own show. Also, a knowledge based organization (and knowledge based employees) cannot be led by fear and intimidation - the dregs who remain after the flight of knowledge will invariably turn out to be yes-men and sycophants. RIP-ALCON

What will the selling point for Alcon?
1. Great leaders like MO, MB, DM, etc who don't know their ass from a whole in the ground
2. A slew of law suits...to defend
3. EFA fiasco
4. Great culture! NOT
5. Lack of integrated systems
6. Declining revenue
7. Constant reforcasting for the sole reason to support layoffs and confuse
8. Dysfunctional shared services provided by nbs

Enough? I could go on, but no...bye Alcon. It will certainly become a Harvard business case, how a catchup boy, a group CFO w/o a finance degree and a few others destroyed a company...
