Let's stay on topic here. How about we all stay in our own lanes? Worry about yourselves and not about what other coworkers are doing. It is disgraceful for anyone to judge or infer what someone else is doing. What are you 12? If you don't have the confidence that you'll get another job, your self-defeatist attitude will ensure you never will. Constantly playing the blame game will only solidify how weak of a person you are. I'm still looking for another job but I don't constantly wonder what other people are doing. It is none of our business.

All of my colleagues are still looking to land a new position. Nobody knows what the pharma landscape for reps will look like post-pandemic, I agree with the post that management laid us off at the WORST possible time. I am sure they sit across from each other and justify their action but what they did was shameful! Worst of the bunch were the sales directors who encouraged folks to stay and actually sent out congratulation posts to sales award winners just days before the purge! Zero respect for these corporate arse kissers.
