Thanks BYOU. Great false narrative. Mississippi Valley dating back to 2008 onward. As a DCS I can only think of a few females and one or two men who were diverse and that is it for diversity at Novo in the region. This is fact unless you are trolling.

Well obviously most of the hires have been great if you count COE winners coming out of the Valley year after year!! There are talented Anglo Males in this world as well. That’s the problem with all you Snowflakes. You wouldn’t admit it even if the White Male being hired is the best candidate because it’s not a diversity candidate. Not everyone gets a trophy in reality there sensitive one.

You are correct. There are plenty of white male COE winners in the Valley which is a region with predominantly white males compared to any other region. In the absence of diversity & inclusion which the RBD had years to address only got worse. Considering the predecessor RBDs it is amazing that Ben actually took that region backwards into the pre-civil rights era. SMH.

Why don’t you provide the statistics of each of the Region’s racial make up? It seems that you are an expert on the diversity in Ben’s region as well as the diversity in every region of the country. Let’s hear it – I would also like to know how it changed over the course of time, being you claimed it went backwards. Surely you have those statistics. And, can you go ahead and let us know when he hired a less qualified white male over a more qualified female or person of color?Or, are you just talking shit? Yeah...you’re just talking shit. I'm not saying he was blatantly oppressive to her but the days of being able to bully and intimidate employees are over. Companies realize the woke have officially won the culture war in America and they are coming for them. I'll be surprise is B.Y. survives this regardless of the merit. Who was pushed out and how do you know it was because they were diverse? How do you even know he “pushed them out” as opposed to them leaving on their own or being terminated for legitimate reasons? You’re just stating outcomes and assuming ill intended inputs. Sorry - you don’t get to do that. That’s not proof and it’s not evidence. I could point out the the teaching profession is predominantly female and try to make the claim that it must be sexist; otherwise, you’d have more equal representation. It’s not true unless I can actually show sexism. Get it?

It’s certainly a fool’s errand, I agree. I should accept that this site is a place that douchebags come to say really shitty things about people and make ugly, hateful claims without evidence....but, it still doesn’t sit right when people do it. Every now and then, I feel inclined to point out that the real shitheads are the ones making the false claims, not the target of their accusations.

He’s one of the very few white men in fact to actively support gender issues. Even the male VPs and other RBDs do next to nothing to support women...openly at least. We have a situation here where one DBM got herself an lawyer who convinced her the company has deep pockets and let’s go after him. Look at the promotions in our region compared to others. The optics are not good when I talk to friends in other regions especially for how long he has been SRBD.

Please note that “talking about wife and daughter” is no indicator of character as many people good and bad love their family. Being on an ERG means that ignorance is not an excuse. I don’t think stating my view is slamming anyone. He will have a chance to defend himself in court and with NNI to keep his position.
