I was just on Maui, not volunteering, just relaxing at the Ritz Carlton because of my high quarterly MBO’s, and Applied is the top device here as well. Only thing I can complain about is that my First Class seat was not as big, nor the service as good as to what I am used to.

How is this a lie? The Gelpoint PATH is the ONLY clinical device worthy of having a rep in the room. And being that nearly no one is doing these that often, you could probably have 2 reps covering the entire country. And if one of you loser managers try to dispute this and argue otherwise, you’re just another delusional koolaid drinker. Reps are not needed to put in an f’ing trocar (a 25 old technology that every surgeon learns in year 2 of his residency), to deploy an alexis wound retractor, or use a stent. Just put your gizmos and widgets in a catalog and before long you’ll be gone the way of Sears, Toys R Us, JCPenney, etc. BYE BYE LOSERS!!!!!
 






and Voyant doesn’t work. Has been a failure in every major market. Sales team isn’t good at all. Being Clinical...all the top guys are 70 year old semi retired YES men.

The doctor loves Voyant. Then why did it fail? Forget to Mention the hand piece died and so did generator, 14 error messages. Other than that it was a similar seal. I expect a favorable Eval form

Sales force getting 30% and still people leaving. Ask the boys in the south, Coop can’t keep a team

Of course the South is having trouble. What would you expect from backwards rednecks without any culture? They are not progressive enough and resist new technology and change. Look at New York, Chicago, LA , Boston, San Francisco and Seattle. Not to mention the European market that is loving the product. The South is 100 years behind the rest of the country and you wonder why they aren't progressing on to the newest technology. Fool.

It has everything to do with it and they know it. They see our history and know that we became the market leader in trocars and they know it will happen in energy because we have a superior product. It doesn't happen over night. Medtronic will win battles here and there, but we will win the war. They know it, they just can't bring themselves to admit it.
