Horrible company to work for...

I would agree with the previous post if the morons giving the weather had sold Voyant. Zero HSDs have sold Voyant and zero have seen cases maybe that bowling ball ED has. Gross representation for our leaders. SMH

Left this dumpster fire of a company a few years ago. I call on the same hospitals with my new organization, and none of them have seen an Applied rep since I left. I might add, the territory was in excellent condition; teed up for whomever was going to backfill. You can’t even give away opportunities to these Applied slugs, much less expect them to sell Voyant.

The Voyant evaluation at Adventist Bakersfield just failed, it was kicked out along with the VPMs and reps. I can't wait to hear the spin on it. Or they'll just sweep it under the rug and act as if it never was being evaluated there.

Why did it fail? Looking for an honest reason, not DG's or corporate's spin.

DG won't spin it, they will just quietly remove it from all talking points and focus on the next one. Same will happen at University of Colorado, watch that you won't see that one brought up after a few more months. Remember when they talked about the University of San Francisco? That 5k unit opportunity. Funny how that one is no longer ever mentioned.

The key to staying safe is just getting usage from a larger hospital. That's all you need to get them all riled up and excited. Just go in, ask to run a CVA to see if there is an opportunity for savings and pitch it however to materials. Get like three docs to say they will try it. Then all you need to keep yourself safe is to just drag out a few meetings and leave it dangling for your manager. One hospital per quarter like that is all you need to keep them off your back. Nobody is selling this knock off junk.

Applied is still trying to sell Voyant?

Funny how Medtronic squashes the opportunity like a little ant trying to ruin the picnic.

Rebates in place have prevented this garbage from being used on patients.

Who's the guy in Suffern NY? Ed???
He has seen failures in cases. But you won't hear it from him or anyone else in upper management.

Believe me you won’t hear reality. Ed saw nothing but issues but never reported anything therefore the sales team had no idea what issues to look for. Communication is almost as bad as the handpieces. No one on the sales force has any confidence in that trash. Molly and tim keep getting hard on upcoming trials. I think everyone is still waiting to see a large system that’s fully adopted the shit Voyant. Lol

Selling Voyant is still better than being out out to pasture “managing” clip Applier for a zone. Please give those guys their walking papers and let them go. You’re torturing them by letting them stay when they need to go.

I thought selling Voyant would be fun. Unfortunately, you can't even get into a voyant case to actually see it work. Applied doesn't even have an Applied Friendly hospital they can do cases at except for that hole in the wall in Orangeburg NY.

I actually think Ed has his purchaser at that hospital buying Voyant as a favor. I saw some shady stuff going on there and he was very unorganized. Carpenter was as much help as a limp noodle.

Applied must be scared shitless they are about to lose a ton of folks in July. That’s probably why some idiot keeps trying to resuscitate the “Great company to work for” thread. Nice try flexing optics, but your obviously digging, and truth is the culture is crap.

It's a company in a death spiral. Get this check and get out. I'll be done Friday. What hope could you possibly place in Voyant to save you?

FYI, if you are an APS and you're making goo money this year, be warned, your territories are about you be cut in half and the comp plan is going to shrink. Save this post if you don't believe me.

You can tell what's on the leadership's mind by the first 3 questions on the surveys.
