Home Office Turnover - HR

Not delusional, just speaking the truth. Tons of talent in home office that will lead this growth.
The group had plans, strategies, and soon enough will all be working in a state of the art building that will only further that ability to drive forward plans.
The future is bright at Ferring, so bright you are going to need shades - like those giant shades old people wear. You know the ones, the wrap around ones.

OMG! So delusional

I heard there will a massive exodus when the bubble bonus for senior management hits. For sure its top brass BR, RR, AG and a few others each hitting 6 to 7 figure bonus in January. They deserve it, its been a really hard business to manage and they've done a very credible job.

That's great. Initials please on the one HR person pending exit.

So does anyone notice there is alot of turnover in the HR department?
In the past 2 years there have been alot of people coming and going, why is that?

Shouldn't someone look into that? The group seems to have enough people to handle the work, maybe even a few too many so it can not be stress due to over work.

Is KD related to the founders or something cause in most companies this type of turnover would fall right on the boss?

Inquiring minds want to know.
