Home Office Turnover - HR

The place is great and getting better. You people have NO clue what it's really like out there. The woman tries very hard to improve this company, her staff stays and they are all very happy! If you dont like it then leave and don't let the door hit you on the way out.

By the way I have to figure this is either written by Karen or a very sarcastic person. No one stays, no one is happy and it is pretty good out there/here.

Current staff is just fine after weeding out unhappy ones

7-8 people leaving in less than a year is not weeding out, its a blood bath. Besides isn't the head of HR supposed to be an expert in interviewing and hiring to screen out bad hires or those that don't fit the culture? No matter how you look at it, 100% turnover in HR is always BAD.

Keeping the head of HR with this record makes you wonder about the competence of those running the company. Promoting the head of HR with this record proves the company is run by clowns with big red noses and giant shoes.

Weeding out also would imply that someone inside Ferring got rid of the people. Most of the people left on their own after finding new jobs. Did they "weed them out" by just making it so uncomfortable for them to stay that they left on their own? If so that is a very strange business practice.
Whatever works though right?

Place is a joke

Top level talent that all put "people first".
If there are any issues at all it is in the effort put in by sales force, some of the support staff at home office, but anyone who would be consider home office management is solid. Great group with a true understanding of what it takes to run a pharma in the US market.
This is the place to be and if you don't like it, you know where the door is.

You are 1) completely delusional and 2) completely high on crack --The proof is in the pudding as they say. See you in a year or so when you are out the door because of failed US Market Pharma "Mismanagement"

** Oh - and about that door...no worries it's been a revolving door like no place I've ever seen for past three years. But the rest of this "low-effort sales force" will not be waiting around to hear you say oooppps in a year or two. Everyone I know is looking for a new gig Rick or BG! That sir... is a fact

You could not be more correct ! Not sure who authored the "Kool-Aid" advertisement, but I am going on record to say I concur with your delusional eval. Or at a minimum - They have no concrete interest in what the Sales Force thinks.

Not delusional, just speaking the truth. Tons of talent in home office that will lead this growth.
The group had plans, strategies, and soon enough will all be working in a state of the art building that will only further that ability to drive forward plans.
The future is bright at Ferring, so bright you are going to need shades - like those giant shades old people wear. You know the ones, the wrap around ones.

I'll tell you what is embarassing to me - listening to the drippy, sappy condescending BS that spews from RR's mouth - This guy is on a heavy dose of ego and Zoloft and maybe even mushrooms
