ILA, you and I have been staunch allies throughout the political wars. However, this is EXACTLY the place for mindless talk about sex and other issues. This is where most of us go to lighten up and laugh. The poli board is probably not coming back, so I am not sure what to tell you about that. I know that Hairy has suggested a few poli boards to me, but I'm taking a break until 2012. Maybe Sarah will bring it back in time for the election season, but I for one really don't miss it at this point.

I agree that it is a good thing that The Queen Overseer shut down the poli board, but not for the reasons that you do. She probably did it to protect the big eared fairy as things are pretty bad for him of late. Hell, she may have even got orders from Big Sis.

Yeah, I know that would transgress your concept of "tolerance". But feel free to join in the vigorous defense of a Christian worldview using language you find acceptable.

I have warned others about feeding the trolls as well. Sometimes the hiprocracy demands a comment or two. Their double standards and methods by which they try to defend themselves and crush the opinions of others are classically pitiful.

First, you are lame enough to refer to us as the twins, but that brings up an interesting point which kinda destroys your whole argument: ILA and I do share most all the same positions on issues. We both are vocal about defending a Christian Worldview (ILA has correctly stated that he doesn't push his religion on anyone, but he is good about defending the Christian worldview). He posts with some inappropriate language at times while I make an effort to be very careful with my language. The funny thing is though that we both get blasted for saying the same thing. So guess what? This proves that the language used isn't a crtical factor. If you want to come here and preach your views of Christianity, you need to live those same values. While his language may hurt his "witness" somewhat, he's got a lot more of a "witness" to hurt than you have. You've got the worst of both worlds: Very little witness AND bad language. In my book this puts him miles ahead of you, who doesn't seem to be motivated to vigorously defend a Christian worldview even if you hold one. All you seem to be capable of doing is acting as an armchair quarterback who lacks the good judgment to figure out who he should really be criticizing. The bottom line is that your priorities are out of order.

Oh and one last thing. You've made a hypocrite out of yourself. If you were properly concerned about ILA's language not matching up to his Christian values then you would have taken this issue offline and PM'd him. But you didn't do that did you? No you attacked him on the thread.
