Are you serious? Cut him some rope? He's horrible. He's a VP of sales. Are you insinuating the entire Aristada sales force is not needed? If he stays in leadership it will absolutely not be needed bc he isn't a leader and doesnt know what he's doing. His lack of performance isn't anything new. Check out where he's come from. He's never been liked nor been good regardless of company that he's been at. He sucked up the right person here, apparently one who was already checked out anyway to get the gig he has.
