oh my my, another one of the anointed have flown the coop. What do we do? Shall we look inside and try to cleanse the management issues or shall we continue to say those leaving are just not Helsinn material? This is like watching the Chernobyl, Fukushima Daiichi and Three Mile Island disasters happen. The melt down is happening and management is tucked away asleep. You guys are PATHETIC! Posting on this board during work hours or in the middle of the night on a work night. No wonder you're not at Helsinn anymore. You have no life. Helsinn might not be ideal. No startup is without it's bumps but it's better with you all gone. You think we don't know who you are but we do. Most of us who have heard your phrases before. Try to do something more productive or try to be more supportive to your former teammates. Most of the people who left did it in a classy way and will be an excellent network for the rest of us to draw on,but in your cases Helsinn can't say why you're gone but we know you were pushed toward the door for being toxic and you're proving that with the stupidity you're demonstrating here.

As reps we all have the right to leave and go to a different company so go and enjoy it and we hope you do well in your new venture. For those of us who have stuck around Helsinn has some decisions to make about who it wants to be. They'll either make some major changes or they won't and we will all have the opportunity to chase the new salary and benefit offerings in the open market. Just stay classy when you go.

The worst leaders are those that have been told a tragedy is approaching and yet they trudge ahead beating the employees until the sales force has lost faith and hope. Wow what a moving conference call today. My spouse wanted to install a pool this year but I said no way, I need a rubber room to work off the anxiety accumulated from moments like this charade. As we await these masterful deals being concocted in smoke filled rooms out of NJ, we are asked to trust us, we know what we are doing. Meanwhile back in the real world we are out here driving home that riveting 90/2/1 message that is dare I say 3 years old and not making an impact based on a lack of coverage. But hey team don't worry we have a crack team of market access people flying all over the US to make coverage better. Really!!! Folks, we seriously need to realize that Ozzie Osbourne is the conductor of this train and slash is ripping the cords. It's not all that Uncertainty in Aloxi

It's the Lack of Integrity by NJ leadership under your and Billy Ball command
It's the stab in the back mentality of Talk behind everyone's back that tears down any culture
It's the lack of communication you say is needed to improve yet the field is told NOT to call into anyone in NJ
It's the little circle of henchmen led by your boy below you that employs hostile tactics across the field while he is incompetent about the reality of business
It is the Good Cop Bad Cop routine

Back to Salaries Helsinn cannot compete with other companies ...Why Not:
1. Do Away w multiple POAs when content and information is nothing new
2. Do away with Opus and the Table of Champagne at POAs - it does nothing
3. Do away with the Nursery Rhyme contests and pay ppl for performance
4. Establish a Culture based on the Core Principles on the Corporate Website because they are nowhere close and everyone knows it
5. Establish Performance criteria and Career Growth criteria for ppl who want to grow with the company - there is nothing now and how is BART working?
6. Listen and Realize that Field has solutions and get your henchman away from his gestapo advisory board & on some meds that controls his anger and mood swings ...he has gone to Defcon 1 over Mute Button Snafus and ppl asking his boy bow tie hard questions at POAs
7. Bow tie - how much has he skimmed from Helsinn over some flipcharts and CCs over complete rubbish ...any movement on 90-2-1 or going after Renal, Thyroid, Prostate like I brought w u on my Exit?
8. Get rid of the idiotic Goals and Idiotic AK grid that is impossible for 90% of the Field - unless u have an Airforce Base, Large GPO Group like say in Texas
9. HUB - wow ...equate that to the Launch of NEW Coke or the Pacer car

10. Take a hard look within because u don't have a 30% Turnover due to Outside Variables and turn a Blind Eye to the Inadequacies of Nj leadership and operations
