Easy to say behind the curtain.....Marc is a good guy....doesnt need you anymore...landed way better than GNE...

For those who interviewed for an HED position and did not get it ... they were automatically offered an HD position (no re-interview required). There have been numerous cases of this happening across every region - and, in many cases, the individual could choose which ecosystem he/she wanted to be an HD in. Sad for those who strictly applied for HD roles and went through the interview process. They had no clue that there weren't as many ecosystem HD positions truly available as were noted on the hub.

Another slice of bullshit pie on how things are going down.

Really?!? Ok crazy ... you keep believing your fairy tale stories that this entire process has been on the up and up of fairness!!!

Chill. No. I’m saying the process is bullshit and not suggesting the comments are wrong. The whole CEOF process has been a bullshit mess from it’s inception, the people involved, the process, etc. ya really can’t make this shit up. Applies for commercial and medical.

Trump has more prowess and scientific credibility than the VP field medical!

Ouch!! The assumption was made that you don't need scientific credibility or experience in a VP field medical role.

Just like the assumption is being made that you don't need product, selling or marketing experience in commercial CEOF roles. Just some MCCO will do :)

agreed!! VP field medical has no credibility!!! Only got that position because of her wife....what else would/could explain how she landed that role. It certainly wasn’t for her looks

Certainly wasn’t the fact if her having an advanced scientific degree (ain’t got it). That’s minimum stakes for consideration for ANY FMT role! Job! Or whatever we call it these days.

If she doesn’t have the minimum requirements necessary, how is it possible that she is the head of those who do have said qualifications?

Some youngish punk will surely make a bitchy remark, but this marketing consulting shit show McKinsey together with Genentech unnecessarily ruined a lot of people’s lives. You can say boo hoo all you want but good people built this company and there only needed to be some shaving down in oncology, not this massive slaughter. This has ruined people who were loyal to a fault. Who the company begged to stay when competitors tried to lure them away. That’s the price people paid for believing in DNA. A shitty company who offs its employees 50 and older who have been there and are still doing good work with good reviews and great numbers. Vile corporate behavior. Shameful.
