having your DM with you in the field every 12-15 business days does not drive sales

Re: having your DM with you in the field every 12-15 business days does not drive sal

I think you have a delightful sense of humor. But by chance if you are serious, please stop bragging about lack of selling experience. Nazis were never salespeople. They only wanted to "evaluate" so as to have a reason to kill those that they were most threatened by. Sad but oh so true.

Sorry too late...you will be marked as needing development on your next field ride report, and I have started the documenting process should this be a chronic issue and you are not open to coaching. Don't give me excuses, I am here to evaluate, not listen, help, or assist. You want that, go home to Mommy.

Love,

The new Pfizer Manager
(less than 2 years of selling but I learned quickly from my bosses).

Yeah. Your a dickhead.

Less than 2 yes of selling; you are one of the inexperienced, whether you know it or not. Talk to me when you have had6-10 hrs experience and have experienced many situations. Let me guess,VPC winner in an area where there is good access and decent contract wins. Report back in about 5 hrs.

ROTFLMAO... This guy is a dork. What did you learn from them in two years? Maybe how to depend on them implicitly. Continuing to call your "bosses" constantly asking what to do only shows that not only do you not have any sense of autonomy, but you also look like you want to hold their hand and say "daddy!" Must really make you angry that reps don't want that from you. I feel bad for you that you have no sense of independence. But I will agree on this, showing co-dependence, losing sense of self, great formulary coverage, are all items which are needed to be promoted very quickly.

Your "leave me alone, I know best" attitude and the blame game you play when explaining why you can't et anyone to write your drugs has clearly gotten you far here (i.e. career PHR)....keep up the good work.

Ha Ha! That attitude you speak of is the difference between a sales rep and a FARM rep.
The "Leave me alone, I know best" attitude is how you need to be in order to be able to make it as a self sufficient adult and results driven leader in my career.

Being promoted to a DM is hardly a talent ridden achievement these days. String together a few sentences, send out some embarrassing success stories over voice mail and kiss ass at every regional and national sales meeting and there you have it. It's not hard to spot the reps or managers that follow around the management crew like a clown. Thats just great. It's just that no one respects you.
