Hi, it’s interesting to see the inner workings of galderma. We are made promises at our practices and sadly they are not being met. I had a conversation with Flemming about the relatively new and raw team. Now I see the disfunction I was told about at fall medical. The comments here are bad. Get your stuff together Galderma.

Exactly. Galderma needs to get its act together as the place is falling apart. Even customers are noticing the constant employee churn and poor quality content. We need customers to stop buying from us for something to really change!

Dad / Mom of the year ladies and gentleman and straight up the attitude of “leaders” at Galderma. “You are number, we pay you and therefore you are our bitch”. The world has moved on you Neanderthal. That’s why we dont make numbers because thats the attitude. Thank you for posting that - I am sure prospective employees and docs that are on CP that want to understand Galderma’s incompetencies would love to see this. I hope this advice of you are a number and a transaction you give to your son / daughter. If not you’re a hypocrite and need to STFU!

Love this!
It has taken me years to realize that for any company I am a disposable commodity. It’s particularly bad at Galderma due to the lack of culture and appreciation for what we do. Flemming just doesn’t care who does the job as long as targets are met.
Actively looking for a new job but the market is bad at the moment.
