Fundamental issue with Galderma is there is no strong employee value proposition for attracting and retaining talent. There is no culture and values are just hot air. Unless something fundamentally changes with senior leadership the high turnover rate will continue.

WORST COMPANY EVER. Theres a few in the leadership team that have made this their retirement coupon. not the way a company should be run. Doctors at conferences have started asking what is going on at this company and told them that rather than say anything they should go on forums like cafepharma to get the scoop. They can now visibly see sales reps disengaged and not giving a shit. Employees have always know, recruiters know and customers are getting to know. This is how things get driven into the ground. Fire Ben Foulk, fire Mike shires and fire that god damn idiot of a boss I have Deb Hagan along with Bobby Pendal and Tom Puckette.

And that’s why I am leaving galderma and this horrible industry. Can’t stomach this anymore. Promoting disfigured faces… hope karma doesn’t hit me.
 






























Galderma is a great place to work. My manager is supportive and has the respect of our entire team. The trolls that bash our company are fired reps that faked customer calls. Happy Holidays Galderma Family

Wrong. I am not a rep and definitely not a fired rep and endorse the comments made. Galderma is a horrendous place. You may be amongst the 1% who like it here but 99% despise working here,

A bomb just dropped on the commercial operations guy. Has anyone from sales team worked with him? He has a stick up his ass and looks like a lizard. Wtf is up with him. Trying to extract info and always looks like there’s something he is hiding.
