The biggest problem with Dierks is that he gave all the decision making power to bill. Goals? Bill. Comp? Bill. Meetings? Bill. Data? Bill. Inside summit winners? FOUR OF THEM…BILL. …and now since they “eliminated” DK Bill is running wakix for you and the SPs…until something goes wrong and then it’ll be someone else’s fault. No IH isn’t good news, but this place was screwed either way

DIY is real thing here! Amazing how some higher volume Wakix & Oxybate territories have virtually Zero Sunosi for the Narcolepsy Dx?
Could it be that the STM has orchestrated a sweet hack, that involves their HCPs writing ALL of their Sunosi scripts for ONLY OSA & NONE for Narcolepsy indications??

Nothing will change. Goals will continue to grow for select geographies. Goals will continue to remain flat or decline for select geographies.
Jeffrey Dierks will continue to be smug and arrogant.
Bill and Mike will continue to hide behind the word equitable and run off great STM’s because they can’t win. Those with high goals do not stand a chance of winning. Columbus won once. That is the only legitimate high goal winner I can think of. Old Flint and Atlanta North cheated. Both conveniently left the company after being called out. But the cheating will continue because management does not want to catch them because their bonuses are tied referral numbers and not fulfillment rates.
Can’t wait to see what this new contest will be. Another new prescriber contest with no pull through so Dierks can tell Wall Street about all of our new prescribers in that quarter. And of course the analyst don’t know to ask about new prescriber conversion rates, which is extremely low.
Roger will continue to receive credit for whatever it is that he does. Yell at the RBD’s and send them nasty text messages daily I guess.
Unfillable referrals will continue to roll in because there is no punishment for those with oddly low fulfillment rates. Let’s blame the FRM’s for that.
STM’s will continue to leave and management will somehow convince some poor sucker to fill the spot with promises of great fortune.
