HA HA! Ariprizole Luroxil not approved by the FDA!!

I don't understand your post above. Did you mean, Hooray I'm happy I was paid for another day after the delay? or Yahoo! I can't believe I wasn't severed for another day after this delay?

Please let us know and make sure to be more specific and precise in future posts.

I think they mean hooray your an idiot and yahoo we didn't hire you!

the pipeline is kinda shaky even with the Abilify LAI knock off: Zyprexa combo drug (ouch good luck selling that). looking for a job with out a job sucks these days, usually means a pay cut too enjoy the rest of your paid time off and watch you contacts in the field become less current.

Good luck with the zyprexa combo drug? Are you high? You obviously know nothing about that drug. Stay on the Sunovion board.

Ok. Ok. Why all the negativity? To all the Otsuka and Sunovion posters on this thread, we are all well aware of our situation. It's not that big of a deal.

If our aripiprazole compound is delayed for another 4 to 6 weeks it really isn't a big deal. Our management has been very honest with us. If it doesn't get approved then we look for new jobs.

As for the pipeline here, it is great. The MDD drug is going to be the biggie. None of us came here to sell the aripiprazole compound. It will be a difficult sale, but it does have some advantages and will be a good lead in to the two great compounds that should be approved in 18 to 24 months. Management has assured us that we will be kept. If we are not kept (aripip. doesn't get approved) I'm sure we will have great severance packages. There is no way this company with its two great compounds coming out soon would not give a great severance because that would make sure no one would ever take the risk to come here to launch the porducts on the way.

Yes, we took a risk coming here. Hopefully aripip will be approved in a month or so. If not, I'll take my severance and find another job.

No severance offered since they are not letting go of anyone.

If you are right,
Why would anyone invest in such a poorly managed company?

Ask the investment community. Up more than 75% in last 12 mos. They must believe in this "poorly managed company". Some analysts say doubling in a few years. Plenty of positive upside with the pipeline. Not a 1 trick pony like a nearby MA organization that has nothing in its coffers after next year.

Why all the insider selling?

You must not have ISOs at your current company or you simply dont understand thw rules for insiders. Insiders have a window to exercise and must register their order month's in advance so as not to be deemed insider trading. These sales were determined months ago. Probably with the expectation of the approval. Didn't hurt them any given the stock has held up and is even up from the date of the delay announcement. Nice try though.

Don't try to confuse a hater with facts!

actually not true at all. Insiders are required to report their insider transactions within two business days of the date the transaction occurred (before the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act it used to be the 10th day of the following month). Changes in insider holdings are sent to the SEC electronically as a Form 4, which details a company's insider trades or loans.

Get real. Severance when you've been there months ? BMS had employees that had been there decades and got 2 weeks for every year employed. Severance is based on your tenure. You are deluding yourself if you think any company will " take care of you". When has that ever happened in our industry??Whoever wrote this drank the kool aid. Be smart and start looking.
