I don't think it can be side effects because it is the aripiprazole molecule. It probably has to do with ineffective therapy or efficacy because of the formulation.

The above post is what we are being told here at Otsuka. We did hire a high powered attorney that we were told used to work at the FDA.

Yes, you have an atty from Venable Law in Baltimore who used to work as council for the FDA. The name and background of the atty doesn't mean you have a stronger case. Time will tell. Hopefully, sooner rather than later.

So true, it could takes years. you people need to look for jobs. Ventiv is hring PCP reps for 55k. I would look into that
