Trash company. Managers stab each other in the back. The male managers in particular do not want what's best for their own peers. Alot of sabotaging going on. Very discouraging to witness stuff like this because if they do that to each other, they will do that to you. Wish I never got involved with this joke of a place.

Why does it seem like that the Fort Worth territory turns over all the time?

I have a friend that wants to apply for the LA commercial sales job, but he heard that Guardant Health does not hired black men in sales. Can anyone provide information on how many black men and black women currently work in sales out in the field for Guardant? Is it really true that Guardant has long periods of time with no black men employed in the field?

Ahh I’m mixed, black and white. I rarely pull the race card, because I’ll be honest I fit quite well in both rooms, but it’s only I know when someone’s on some BS racism wondering how I got here. I won’t give too many more details before I give myself away. But let’s just say, I worked for their top competitor, with awards, and advanced degrees. But I knew when I interviewed with the manager in Fort Worth, I felt her lack of culture and openness, I felt her racism through the call. Needless to say I wasn’t hired or moved on. Had nothing to do with qualifications, I was over qualified! But makes sense now! Glad I dodged a bullet!

But I’m glad to see my fellow reps getting the easy coin why it lasts! Lol
