I have a friend that wants to apply for the LA commercial sales job, but he heard that Guardant Health does not hired black men in sales. Can anyone provide information on how many black men and black women currently work in sales out in the field for Guardant? Is it really true that Guardant has long periods of time with no black men employed in the field?

My guess is this post is BS, and sure no company is ignorant enough to have that hiring practice as a stated or unstated.

I was at a meeting earlier in the year with our commercial organization. We had one African american women from Tenn/Arkansas and no African American men. Our commercial organization is basically a white supremacist organization. Within the Guardant Health commercial organization, NAACP means Not Allowing Any Colored People. What a horrible culture.

I am asking our employees at the corporate office in Redwood City to walk off the job this week and demand that HR remove the white supremacist in charge of the commercial organization and demand a culture in which people of color are welcome within the commercial organization.

Demand change, even if it means walking off the job. Expect more from HR.

I originally doubted this and still not sure if it's real. It is the tact of a white supremist to post racist allegations about large companies in order to agitate - to weaken the reality of ACTUAL racism. But, I could be wrong.

we are a California company with racists running our commercial organization. What do they do for team building, Black Face contests.
 












I went online at LinkedIn and Guardant Health has a recruiter named Lisa Condon, University of Iowa grad, diversity capital of the world. I am going to ask HR this week over the last 25 openings within the commercial division, how many African American candidates has Lisa Condon forwarded for consideration? If that number is low, maybe it’s time we terminate Lisa Condon and move to someone that can produce. If the leadership in HR makes excuses, maybe it’s to clean house within HR at Guardant Health.

Chiefs compliance officer and chief legal officer knew about activity and kept violator employed. If the United States department of Justice and United States Federal Prosecutors come in on the situation, many were wondering if our legal officer and compliance officer would be federally charged as well. Evidently the rep put in writing to like another dozen employees to not share since her activity may not be kosher. In writing.

if this is true, I want to say if, then the rep, legal officer and compliance officer need to be federally charged. If this happened, Federal Authorities need to make an example out of the chief legal officer and compliance officer for keeping this person employed. If this happened, the chief legal officer and compliance officer need to spend time in a prison cell.
