If this happened, Federal Authorities need to make an example out of the chief legal officer and compliance officer for keeping this person employed. If this happened, the chief legal officer and compliance officer need to spend time in a prison cell.

What BS... here we are in 2021 with our stock prices through the roof, a robust pipeline of new products and a hiring frenzy.
However, I just heard Foundation laid off half its sales people.... :)
 












I'm not sure about the racist thing, but I will agree that we only have one African American woman in sales. That speaks for itself, I suppose. The problem isn't Lisa Condon, though. It's Steven! He runs the company like a little dictatorship- through fear, threats and unrealistic expectations. Here's the latest: 4 1/2 days in the field, with a half day of admin time. Mind you, we're also supposed to listen and watch over 12 hours of training videos on our new products and take quizzes on the material too. So I guess Steven expects us to use our weekends and free time to learn the new products??? Total bullshit.
He's turning Guardant into a pharma company. This isn't what we signed up for. It's sad because we have really amazing products that could help a lot of patients, but Steven is such a egomaniac, all he cares about is himself.

Guardant is THE worst company I’ve EVER worked for. I’ve been in the industry for close to 20 years and have worked for many of the biggest biotech companies (I only say that to lend credibility to my experience/comments). I’ve never seen an organization with leadership that is allowed to cheat, lie and treat their sales team the way these people do. They have sales leaders hired into positions they’re not qualified for simply because they know Steven (ugh!). Then these guys think they are omnipotent- and they are, as long as they kiss up to the most insecure man-child I’ve ever met. This company is shady beyond anything I’ve seen! Drinking and driving while on company time and charging it to the company (these are sales leaders), threatening employees with retaliation, abusive language, horrible culture. Oh, and you’ll never make any money anymore because they keep changing the comp plan. When you’re at 115% to goal and only get $5000, there’s something seriously wrong! I tell everyone I know in our small industry to run away!!!

This aged well....$25 for the stock, company isn't profitable and shield results were bad.. ohh im sure layoffs are coming
 












Terrible company, incompetent leadership and danielle is the absolute worst, along with her cuck managers who have no balls and were abused in middle school. She looks like a cracked out ethiopian who’s white. They legit fire all their best reps because they can’t have anyone who is better at the biz than them. They are a dying ship, market is maxed out and btw the shield test isn’t going nowhere obvi…stay away unless you’re an absolute r***** who can’t function without a guardian.

Been here for a close to 9 months. Brought on at 180k base and making 35k a quarter. Money is great and job is easiest I’ve had in the lab space cause I get out and work vs most my peers don’t do shit.
