Compliance issues over Blue Cross have been reported. Fire drill in Chicago today! Looks like finishing dead last for three years, micro-managing reps, having DM's Sandy and Larry fire reps at will as a solution is finally catching up to her. Glad to see the heat finally applied to her penguin ass! I love her emails, stating we need to manage out the bottom 10%. Guess what Tina, you can't cross the bridge and you've been dead last since you took over for Curt! Good luck, Rita has you on the hot seat! Plus, can't wait for your compliance interviews, it's going to be great watching you try and lie your way out of this one.
 












Speaking of the Chicago fire drill, Larry will be talking through his puppets, Sandy will be kissing Tina's ass as she pops in for her daily fire more rep speech, and poor John will be creating spread sheets. And, then Lori, can try and figure out who's next! Love the team work in Chicago.
 




Tina gave direction to the dbms and tbms to leave the BCBS formulary literature at Drs offices. She has known that this was a compliance violation for many years. Dan M has told her this for a long time, but yet she still told her team to pass them out for pull through. We are not supposed to leave anything with the BCBS logo behind. She knew this . This is a compliance violation. Will she receive the same treatment she gave to Gary? termination!! By the way have you seen the email from the BCBS pharmacy contracting manager? BCBS is pissed. Will HR or Rita do anything about this???? Great Lakes Region.. Please call the compliance hotline and report her!!! 800-348-5526.
 




Another question? Why do we get to use fingertip formulary.com? This is not controlled by BMS legal. Tina told us to attach a PI and we are good. So does this mean I can go to any website and print something out and attach a PI?

And why is Sandy at the regional office almost every day? She should be out in the field? I believe she must be falsifying records about her time because she spends so much time at the regional office. No other managers spend that mush time there. I realize she lives close by but cmon...Sandy stop hanging out at the regional office and get to work... or do you like to cut out of the field like your reps???
 




OK How about another question that everyone in the entire region has been asking.....Tina and the region have been at the bottom for 4 years. Why is she still the RBD??? If one of the TBMs or DBMs was at the bottom for 4 years they would have been managed out. She has been promoted beyond her capabilities. She has no clue how to drive business. She should have been gone when she was laid off several years ago. I sure hope to hear that HR does something about her non compliant direction....
 




What is interesting is Tina has no problem throwing the reps under the bus and making them take the fall! Where is her accountability? She will put everyone on a written warning instead!
 




BMS please Listen. Tina= Matt Millen- for years the Fords let Millen ruin their football team finishing 0-16. Three years of Tina and every finish is dead last. She's chased great reps away and trained Sandy aka every head coach that Millen hired, complete incompetent leaders. Great Lakes is failing because of Tina. She is a terrible leader, fired Gary, for the same violations that she's committed. She is just like Matt Millen, she's in a position that is way over her head, and she will continue to be at the bottom until change is made. Please BMS, get rid of your Matt Millen.
 




Message to Tina: Your DBMs dont like you (except sandy) and your TBMs have turned on you. The region does not see you as an effective leader. You are viewed as a vindictive spiteful manager who belittles the reps and managers. You are a smart ass with a mean spirit. Name one TBM who respects you?
 




Agreed! No one likes her and she demotivated the region long ago. She is the worst leader that I've ever worked under, ever! Question to BMS- if every one that has worked under Tina can see she's a failure, how come Rita can't?
 












What we need is a person who knows the managed care market in Michigan and knows how to work and put pressure on the managed care Home Office people to isolate Michigan as a different kind of market than the rest of the country.

BCBS RUNS MICHIGAN!!! THere is no other plan that has the muscle in Michigan that BCBS has. The only reason United Health Care is in the state is because physicians know its good business to be credentialed with them, after all they are the #1 company in the US, yet have less than 2% share in Michigan. BCBS of Michigan is like a mafioso, that company. If you piss them off, you are done. Eliquis may not get covered for another year or so for this mess.

I don't believe in wishing for new leadership, because you never know, you may get worse than what you had but Tina better wise up and QUICK. I like her but she is off target. way off target on some things.

A Newly groomed RBD should:
Know all the plans in Michigan
Know Home office Marketing people who will ante up and give the right kind of MULTIPLE
rebates needed for us to compete in all plans
Know how to direct and hold MHC account managers ACCOUNTABLE to go in and get the deal done
We don't need a Home Office yahoo to run our ship.

Tina can stay, but she better be contrite and concentrate her efforts against MHC over how many iplan rosters are late 4 or more days. LOL. If she gets canned, I bet Dan M. gets her job.
 




I hope this message reaches Tina. Wake up and start leading with motivation, instead of your fear tactics which obviously have failed you over your 3 plus years of being at the bottom!
 




You mean at BMS a RBD would not be fired like a DBM (GH)?! I'm shocked! If you haven't figured it out yet, wait till your turn comes, and it will, BMS will fuck you so fast you won't know what happened. I'm a DBM and that's the way it is.

All the accountability talk is for reps and DMs, it's bull shit to RBDs and above. All they do is push fucking paper anyway, I know many RBDs and all but one are fucking worthless. Main was good so they fucked him too, no matter what you hear.
 








I love Sandy and Tina. The two of them make the perfect dynamic duo for compliance violations. Plus, I'm curious how Sandy's 360 went?? Any ideas? What do you think Tina's 360 would say?
