Good luck during layoffs

They are really going to be busy now.

What they are not saying is that the company is being investigated by the FDA for instructing Duramed Reps (2008-2009) to place in physician offices an enormous lot of Seasonique which was "expired" or about to expire within the 90 day period. They did not want "any: returns" so save a few bucks. They informed the Managers to tell their reps that whoever did not follow these directives would get a below Meets Expectation. Once they get out there and put the reps under oath, they will be in deep dodo. The complaint has been filed and I have testified to this. Two could play the game! Lets see how it feels to pay Millions in penalties to the big boys up in the FDA. I might even get a "Finders Fee" 10-15%. Hows that for trust? TEVA's streak is about to come to an end.

We had to do that with Mircette several years ago too...Why didn't they get in trouble then?

During the transition into the siebel system, calls were not being recorded correctly due to a Siebel issue. Before TWH knew about the program error, we were told that if our daily calls did not come up above 8 calls a day, we were going to receive a PIP and a below meets expectations on our performance review. We were told it was our responsibility to find the error and prove we were innocent. We were threatened several times. Turns out, it was TWH's problem, a program problem and was THEIR fault the entire time. Question, how many times did the DM in SF apologize, never. What about his position of dumping samples? Of course dump expiring samples or get threatened. But is that different from any other DM, I don't know. The point is, this type of retaliatory and hostile work environment behavior has been taking place for a long time and needs to stop.

After seeing how stupid this new reorg really is, the inescapable conclusion is that they didn't go far enough with the lay off. We are literally coming and going in the same offices on a daily basis. They could easily, easily trim off 50% and we still would have too many out here.

I don't want to lose my job or see anyone else lose theirs either, but we all know there are still way too damn many of us out there calling on the few docs that still see reps.
