Good luck during layoffs

Heard that they will hire for some territories where the reps were layed off.

How leagal is that??????? LAWSUIT!!!!!!

It's perfectly legal, do you really think that you and your 4 yr general studies degree know more about the Law then Teva's MULTIPLE attornies? There were vacant territories before this started, they got rid of people for a reason and if there wasn't another person within the correct distance of the open territories, that wasn't going to get canned soon anyway (most of HT team), then they will look for the top performers who were let go to possibly relocate to those areas. If they won't then they will post the positions and hire for them but unless your asked to come to the territory then you have little chance of being placed into one.

Layed off and then asked to come back to a territory?? Does that make any sense??

I know there are attorneys that love to go after pharmaceutical companies. As far as Teva's attorneys - they sure did a great job in keeping Seasonique didn't they.

Saddly, this corporate douchebag is not an employee who got fired. Most likely a DM who thinks his *hit dont stink... but his dead soul and his *hit and his breath STINK, STINK, STINK!
This is the type of person who never learned RIGHT from WRONG. Yes, maybe its perfectly legal (so is a bullet to the head if no one sees you do it) but its not RIGHT.
You,Corporate, Souless, Clueless, Dirty, Bastard, you will never understand RIGHT from WRONG because your parents never taught you this. Of course you were raised by a-holes in a zoo.

Please listen carefully, being a souless asshole is no way to go through life.

4 yr General Studies degree??? My, My arent you full of yourself and your 4 Year GeneralAsshole Degree and your Masters in Bastard Behavior and Corporate Asslicking!

Typical TEVA Doucher.

I was told it was all about geographic proximity where you live. You had to already live in your territory not even 10 miles outside it. I have heard a lot of pharma companies are using that as a determining factor let's face it does save money do a degree.

I would bet most of the reps kept are probably looking for another job anyway, and are on borrowed time.

I hope they benefit from the paragard dtc ad's if marketing does not screw it up. I mean how hard can it be to buy ads on Bravo and the E! channel that is what Mirena did.

DTC will not help this product. Mirena has outsold Paragard long before they began commercials. Our docs also like Mirena more, it's a simple fact. This commercial will actually help Mirena because women will come in and our docs will recommend Mirena. My Mirena rep is actually excited that we are doing this.

They are really going to be busy now.

What they are not saying is that the company is being investigated by the FDA for instructing Duramed Reps (2008-2009) to place in physician offices an enormous lot of Seasonique which was "expired" or about to expire within the 90 day period. They did not want "any: returns" so save a few bucks. They informed the Managers to tell their reps that whoever did not follow these directives would get a below Meets Expectation. Once they get out there and put the reps under oath, they will be in deep dodo. The complaint has been filed and I have testified to this. Two could play the game! Lets see how it feels to pay Millions in penalties to the big boys up in the FDA. I might even get a "Finders Fee" 10-15%. Hows that for trust? TEVA's streak is about to come to an end.

Wanna get married after you get that 10-15% finder's fee? Even if it's only 8% I'm still in...

no they didn't dumbass!

I sold only PG and Amniscreen when I first started not seasonique yet.

I remember my old DM on a conference call pushing how they had to leave tons of samples and how it was tied to the seasonique rep's performance. Hit that quota of sampling or else.

I would not be suprised.

Amniscreen?? Thats was a joke. I dont think anyone even mentioned that shit. There was no money for that. They expected us to sell it for free. Funny!

And YES, we all remember the directive to "Sample Dump". We were told to get rid of those samples "or else". Threats were made to have reps get rid of samples.
And now they claim they never said that??? Theres another lie. These animals are just plain liars.

As I remember it, that was not the first time we were told to SAMPLE DUMP. During the switch from Seasonale to Seasonique we were told to get rid of all our samples by management. The reason; so we didnt have to return samples.

The pattern of illegal behavior is there. Time after time. Can you say: KRAMA IS COMMING???

That policy has always been in place. I remember when we went from Cenestin to Enjuvia, we were told to "get rid" of all samples of Cenestin because management didnt want to pay for returns.

The reason for hiring open positions is the fact that once again they dont have a brain. Some ridiculous formula was used to decide who stayed and who got let go and the majority of it was from 2010. There are something like 30 open positions that most should never have been open but lets not worry that these people have lives and possibly a family to take care of. The ship is sinking and having no hope for the future with products the lucky ones might just be those that got a package
