BJ will screw over KF. It is just way BJ does. What he does isn’t leadership in the slightest. This is Sun so we get the worst of the worst for key positions that are in demand.

Look at the resumes of those in charge. Only those who’ve at best have had sketchy careers are making The decisions.

I left but yes, look at who’s there and where they’ve been the last 5-10 years. It’s not impressive at all. Very all over the place.

They used to call Jennings, the DutchBoy Paint guy at his time Dermik/Sanofi.....He is not a Dermatology guy/has not respect in Derm....
He was just looking for a landing spot at Sun.....

please tell us more about Jennings because his past is unknown, but claims to know it all and be the best person to ever surface in the Pharma world. I hope by saying just looking for a landing spot that by that you mean: already looking to get on to his next gig?

The bigger issue is that sun can’t get good people. No one, repeat: no one has ever left a respected company to join sun.
That speaks volumes.
 








Not true many of the people who have left are at much better companies and got better opportunities .Sun has limited upside for most if not all and has no place to go but down Every division has no leadership no real marketing plans - no coverage and a culture that just disrespects reps and will come down on a rep for poor performance when no one in a leadership position has a clue how to set up a product and or a team for success. get out when you can the good ones have already done so.

What do you think will actually change for the better for anyone at the company at this time? The answer is clear

They may have left for much better companies as you say - and c’mon that’s easy to do because I mean nearly every company would be better.
But no one went to a highly respected known company. They simply wouldn’t hire someone who’s at Sun’s level. And that’s why people are stuck.
