Are you surprised? They could care less. Hence, the turnover rate is massive here. If your on med derm communication from NSM has been heavily communicated. Produce or get out. Find a way to get 5 physicians on the phone daily. hes out of touch with reality. Hes pushing so many people away.

Yeah, because derms really care about ‘our’ LD right now.
These people are trying to figure out how they’re going to pull their Botox patients into the office so they don’t fall too far behind on the Porsche payments.

I feel for severe acne patients but it’s not paying the rent, the equipment lease or the monthly payment for the 911 Turbo.

the hard truth is that derms will continue to write Absorica until it goes generic, and then the generic will run the market, leaving those who are promoting LD holding the bag.

Friendlies may keep writing Absorica for eternity. Once it goes generic the pharmacy switch game will go nuclear. LD is a joke. LD = last dollars.

Man, we just missed it. We had a few months to step back and really think about how we go to customers. Now we’re back to doing the same stuff. Missed opportunity.
