Dilip: when are you going to fire the US CEO ?

I struggle to believe you’re foolish enough to let this mess continue.

But maybe I’m wrong, and you are that blind to not just the losses in the US, but that the reputation of Sun has been deeply affected.
Doctors don’t want to Rx Sun due to historical pricing, poor quality/recalled products and employees who loathe what’s been going on.
Here’s a thought that no one ever speaks of in regards to the Ilumya FAILURE:

Beyond all the screw ups associated with the launch, what if a key underlying issue
with uptake among derms is their putting the screws to Sun for being price-abused for so many years.

Dilip: you were only concerned about derms being able to hurt Ilumya, well guess what little fella ?

Now they are effing YOU. So who is laughing now?

Signed,

“The Reluctant Dermatologist”

The Reluctant Billionaire is about 10 Billion lighter in his wallet after trying to tell the US market ‘this is how we do it’ .

The market has spoken and Sun has gotten a real ass-whoop in’

What’s happening here cannot continue.
Look for consolidation and headcount reductions.
Shared services, trimmed.
Sales Ilumya, minor trimming
Marketing Ilumya, no one even knows what to say about that!
Sales Medical/Specialty, definite consolidation. Medical team ready to interview, again (is this round 2 or 3?). And don’t be fooled, Specialty is a misnomer. Anyone can do Odomzo/Levulan.
Marketing Medical/Specialty, a battle as to who stays, who goes. But whoever stays, you’ll get twice the work :) .
But you should bow down and be thankful you have a job.
There’s no way this can go on, this will happen in December so as to give one calendar quarter for things to settle down before the new FY starts.

It’s just a mess.
Sun is getting a big ass-kicking in the US and Dilip has lost nearly $10B himself. Payback is such a bitch.

You fucked the derms and now they’re fucking you. Ha.

On top of that, you failed to build any kind of a quality organization.
The only thing you care about now is how to extricate yourself from the US without completely losing face and even more money, and, how you stay away from the OIG.
