Perhaps everyone left at Shire should be worried about doing their job. One RD already canned over praising a rep for breaking HIPAA and getting scripts any way possible and more than one rep currently being looked at from compliance for similar issues. That looks great right before the FDA drops a huge fine on the company for breaking compliance.

Wake up BU. have u figured it out yet. After 1.5 yrs. the current ZD's don't have the skill or the leadership to be in these positions. I can't wait to leave here

Having just going thought it, it's a rough day. While I was relieved to get my call, that I was retained, it was so stressful waiting for my friends to get their calls, hoping for the same.

"All us high performers". Look around. There were lots of very very average reps who left who didn't put up any numbers while they were at Shire. Resumes and evals were tampered.
And just like anywhere else, some will do well and some won't at Ironwood.
Let's see if lightning will strike twice.
