Honey badger. That Feel Good Friday email was disgusting, the audacity to say "your numbers will always follow you and that is in your control"...better to have said nothing at all, shame on you.

Biggest Problem with Novo is its culture has changed from within and that started when they got rid of Andy Ajello. Far from a perfect person but he was a true believer in our sales team as NNI’s greatest asset. Once he was removed and these schmucks from other organizations took control we went from an empathetic patient oriented respected sales force to a cancerous infested infighting mess. Are any of us really surprised by the present situation? It’s been like watching a slow car crash taking place right in front of our eyes over the last few years. And when it’s done the survivors are gonna have a huge pile of useless shell of a company to try and get road ready again.

Someone needs to tell Albany manager that ride slings at this time aren’t very cool. Offices don’t give a F@‘K that he wants to make honey badger happy . His job isn’t online. He also doesn’t ride with the reps that need it and constantly in bottom 20 % every year.

This is all true. True we had our share of problems with Andy but—it is the same old story with a different cast of characters. From inconsistent management, tons of ACLS, to all the childish “scanning” at POA, to changing the comp plan every year...where is the real leadership? Road ready—we will see more re-treads I am sure
