agreed. as soon as we started getting the smoke and mirrors tactics with our IC plan, deferring bonus, etc., I knew. everything else just started adding to the story.

Not to make you anxious or anything but usually, the new hires are first to go. I still do not know why they hire people in a year they know very well that there will be layoffs.

In 2018, I knew about 3 new hires who were let go. The duration of their employment was from a month to 3 months.

Not true. It’s a mix of people to avoid lawsuits. Employees with tenure and high salaries are just as vulnerable. Nobody can predict how it’s done, but based on personal experience, prepare yourselves now should it be you.
 












The numbers will be close to that or the whole gig is over and we’ve become a small Boutique specialty company.
If they’re bigger, all the dm to rbd to area house of cards fall. If it’s limited to removing divisions and a handful of bad access/potential territories then that doesn’t completely disrupt the illusion
