Today I gave my notice and it feels so good! It's been a really crappy year and I don't think it will get much better if I stayed. If you aren't interviewing for other companies you are insane. We are worth so much more than what we are paid here.
I’m happy for you, my friend. I know of 1 in my region who is leaving and 3 that are interviewing. Good luck and glad we traveled the same road for at least a little while. This place will be a ghost town, come January. Sad to see it go, but all things must change

Well, I received two phone calls today from recruiters that normally I would not have considered at all... Had some very interesting conversations with them. Call me a Kool-Aid drinker but I really had no intention of leaving this organization until this month. I saw a future here
I’m right there with you. I’m kicking myself for all the recruiters I blew off. Now I’m talking to every single one. I LOVED Supernus. But I’m also realistic. I have had one offer and am fielding 2 other companies at this point. All start dates in January or February. I’ll go with the highest bidder, and so far Supernus hasn’t been higher than any of them
Does anybody know of any sales jobs that are open that aren’t posted on the corporate site? I counted 9 today, not including inside sales. Just curious if they’re holding back postings

Why haven’t they posted JB’s job yet??? They normally send out an announcement that they are so excited to hire from within, so anyone interested should talk to their RD. But they are acting like he hasn’t even left? If they think we don’t notice this stuff, corporate is crazy. All just signs pointing to how they want people to self eject so they don’t have to.
The Chad is untrustworthy from their lies, this is not a good foundation for a productive relationship.
Because that job is hired from the existing RD pool.
Why didn’t they send an announcement wishing him well like they normally do? As far as the field knows, he was a stand up guy and a company man. Just seems fishy, given all the craziness lately. Definitely speaks volumes to me, but that’s just my two cents. Nothing has made me question this company more than finding out from CafePharma that he left the company
Where have you been the last year?? How does this behavior surprise you in the least amount? They've shown us who they really are this year. Either learn to live with it or move on.
Yes. As expected, they will select from the existing RDs first. However, as someone else mentioned, they normally send out an announcement inviting people to apply and wishing him well. Obviously that has not been done, and he’s been gone.....almost two months now?? Makes me doubt they will fill his position at all.
I agree! They even sent a huge email out to the whole sales force when that RD got fired or quote-unquote left when she was purchasing gift cards for her doctors...
