Really???? AA is concerned about appearance vs. performance??? Diagnostics sales will never be recognized as a true profession while scatterbrained incompetent fools such as he are given positions of leadership. Leaders lead, losers such as him just browbeat.
 



Prometheus, in eternal punishment, is chained to a rock in the Caucasus, Kazbek Mountain, where his liver is eaten daily by an eagle. Prometheus brought mankind fire. Nestle' brought a lack of understanding diagnostics and an incompetent management team. Watch out for the grilled onions.

I wish AA was simply an arrogant ass that will eventually fall by the wayside when those around him get tired of his shenanigans. It is not that simple unfortunately. He is evil personified by every definition. I am terrified of this guy and I have to work for him. I am ashamed that all I can do is report my fears on an anonymous website, but to confront him directly or through my employer would result in terrible things happening to me. He has a legacy of retaliation and he is very smart in how he destroys anyone that confronts him. He is not physically threatening, but he is able and willing to harm anyone that crosses him with lies and vindictive statements that he knows will hurt innocent persons. He is EVIL.
 



Why are you afraid of him? He's just the vp of sales. I would worry more that wc and ck arent/don't have any plans to change the business model. Half of us wont be here. We have maybe 2 years if they continue business as usual?

Notice how there is zero urgency out of the home office? Just blue skies - while the major reference labs switch out our testing at an amazing clip. It's quite disturbing. Go talk to your hospital lab managers (lpa and non lpa)

Unfortunately I would agree. Most of my lpa accounts have kicked us out, are in the process of kicking us out, or are developing their own version of our test. I am very concerned about the stability of the company. Most of my district has lost an lpa and now is looking at almost no bonus for the rest of the year. Feel like the execs have their head in the clouds.
 



What was the package oncology got? In GI, wondering if it is worth it to stick around for a severance or if this company is as cheap and uncaring about their employees as they seem.
 















I can't believe there isn't more chatter on here about how this entire reorg for the onc side went down! There are people that literally took opportunities for this sales force just weeks ago - and now they are potentially jobless? We've been 6 years in the hole with Proleukin financially and no one thinks to place a hiring freeze on positions in order to evaluate the future of this sales force. What the hell is the ET thinking? Better yet, they're NOT thinking!
 



Most that recently took promo were able to slide back in GI and I would guess by reorganizing all positions the plan is to get old weight out the door with the hopes the better talent applies for the new spots.
