How are people able to work 2 days per week? Must be on a different contract or something?
I'm new to contract sales - hired on with BI contract. Salary probably at high-end of Ventiv pay scale because I'd been in big pharma for so long but I'm not complaining.
But do tell me how this works out because it seems to easy. If I hit all of my target list doctors AND make so many pharmacy calls AND am not put on a plan or something strange like that, I'm in good standing and will collect the full bonus, right? This whole contract thing seems shady, to say the least (for both parties). As such, is Ventiv a company that will purposefully try to "ding" a rep - i.e. not allow a full bonus if ONE call metric wasn't satisfied or something as miniscule as that? Or are they pretty honest with regard to things overall?
Who does our evaluations: my BI manager or my Ventiv manager? This is another potentially-limiting area.... if the BI manager treats me like a tool or stepchild because I'm a contract person, I could get a bad review.
Just curious. Be honest so I know what I'm in for.
