That's fine, but it doesn't give you the right to come on a public forum & make comments like the above. Feel how you will, but making degeratory comments such as you have proves your lack of leadership, compassion & the right to lead any team.

You haven't offended me whatsoever. If you truly took it seriously you wouldn't feel that way about your employees. Try to justify it in your little mind as much as possible, but your behavior & attitude is despicable. You are truly loathsome.

Perhaps you should look to better yourself professionally versus trying to blame others.

Excuse me but numbers walk and bs talks. My center numbers speaks for it self. No other employee can take credit because they have all come and gone. I am the common denominater and have also been the CM through it all thick and thin. I have walked in everyones shoes and have a track record of being a winner within this company. Can you say the same? It doesn't matter what I say. I perform and that is all that matters.

I feel sorry for your CM
We work together wonderfully. I respect her immensely. She puts the patients first, respects & values all her employees, and runs a tight center. We have grown well in all aspects of the business. No center is perfect, but we all work well together as a team.
I really am not trying to give you a hard time. Value & respect your employees and they will work hard for the center. The growth will follow!
I don't take advice from sales reps. I give them orders.
