That's fine, but it doesn't give you the right to come on a public forum & make comments like the above. Feel how you will, but making degeratory comments such as you have proves your lack of leadership, compassion & the right to lead any team.

Then how have I lead my team to growth for all these years? Staff have come and gone but I'm still here working with the patients and growing the business. I apologize if I offended you but this is a business I run and I take it very seriously.

You haven't offended me whatsoever. If you truly took it seriously you wouldn't feel that way about your employees. Try to justify it in your little mind as much as possible, but your behavior & attitude is despicable. You are truly loathsome.

There is no need for name calling we are all adults here right? Please let's just forgive and forget I am willing to do that if you are and move on. I have a business to run and I am on call tonight. I am guessing you don't take call so cannot relate.
 






I'm not taking this any more i am a CM and part of management. NO sales rep has the right to talk down to me. I will be bringing this up to my regional manager to get to the bottom of this. I hope for your sake you have an education to fall back on because your cushy days with Lincare doing whatever you want throughout the day with no repercussions are numbered.

Perhaps you should look to better yourself professionally versus trying to blame others.

And when you go your Reguonal make sure yiu bring up the fact that you were being called out on a public forum after you made statements like the above quote!

Excuse me but numbers walk and bs talks. My center numbers speaks for it self. No other employee can take credit because they have all come and gone. I am the common denominater and have also been the CM through it all thick and thin. I have walked in everyones shoes and have a track record of being a winner within this company. Can you say the same? It doesn't matter what I say. I perform and that is all that matters.

You don't know me. On top of that I have had some struggles this year of weeding out some bad apples. We saw instant payback right after they left. I just need to dig us out of the hole they left us in but I am resilient and will make it happen.

We work together wonderfully. I respect her immensely. She puts the patients first, respects & values all her employees, and runs a tight center. We have grown well in all aspects of the business. No center is perfect, but we all work well together as a team.

I really am not trying to give you a hard time. Value & respect your employees and they will work hard for the center. The growth will follow!

I don't take advice from sales reps. I give them orders.
 






I am about to get two NHV orders today and already have 2 O2 and 2 UD. All of this and no commission as I'm the CM. eat it and weep lazy sales reps. I'll be in bonus heaven soon enough. It's mine all mine and all because I provide excellent top notch patient care.
