You don't know dick ! My lawyer threatened to subpoena hiring records and if they showed "biased and discriminatory patterns violating my civil rights" we would have a Federal case. They immediately backed off. I have since received a nice job offer! 65% more than I made and I did not even sign a NDA!! Received a beautiful letter from HR.The SOBs who put the word out? Wasn’t it in the news? No one had to put the word out. lol “put the word out”

Here is how that works. Company gets resume from XYZ. Local reps ask around about XYZ. Company receiving resume from XYZ finds out they sued the previous employer. Right or wrong, company tells XYZ thank you for applying and have a nice day because they don’t want anyone with a track record of rocking the boat.
That simple. No one would have to put the word out, or would really probably care to. The word has probably been out for some time.
