As hard as DMs are boning anyone on their team...means members of the team are agreeing to get boned--where is the law suit----dont give me any of that position of power BS, doesnt work --these are entry level positions--rep-dm, dm has no freaking power anymore tey are second level grocery clerks ---you dont want to get boned--open your friggin mouth and tell someone....or lay back and enjoy it---which I have no doubt you have been doing until the RM tells the DM your sales suck and the DM tells you your sales suck-----and you think you can make it better by sucking more-----what a freaking joke these lawsuits are---
 






Listen...this is sales not a 9-5. We shouldnt even offer job share! It's ridiculous. I'm allmfor having maternity leave. Take your maternity leave and be happy. Job share...what a bunch of bullsh*t! Don't even get me started on ppl who bitch about how child care doesn't open until 8:00 and blah blah blah...This is sales not some baby safe haven for all you job share women out there who wanna pop out some babies and still get benefits and collect a paycheck while you do nothing. Did the law firm that came up this with tell the plaintiffs the risk ther were talking if the class action suit is lost or the claim found frivolous? For all those wondering about "frivolous" it means that after plaintiffs are deposed by both sides there is not enough factual evidence, or it is such a can of crap, the case is tossed altogether. Most if the time the law firm holds them to at least the legal fees. Read up on it.
 






Don't forget if they can't prove they followed the company policy on how to file a discrimination complaint it will most likely be thrown out. That is simply the precident set by the US Supreme Court.
 






No one that engages in this behavior are victims. It's a strategy and a sad one at that. It's simply politics and the only difference is they chose the wrong side of the aisle.
 












This was long in coming. A short cross section of forest management and sales staff is to show the culture what it is-all talk and no action. Example: We are family friendly (POA has meetings with vague dates and, if leave is scheduled with the family at the same time then the employees leave is not an option)
Says work-life balance is important (management / rd e-mails and voice mails while on leave/ vacation. Creation of your work on weekends and during vacation or the expectation that if they are working on weekends and while they are on vacation you will do the same.

Says job share positions are available, but if you ask about it are told that "we are having the maximum number of job shares the company allows"
Tells you that you must be a team meeting at 7:30 (when the work starts at 8:30) and childcare is not open until 08.00 clock. When you say it this your score is reduced feedback that you are not a team payer is documented. I was told that is what the job needs to be successful. I am to believe that if we break the rules to do the work in this area, then we should also break the rules in other areas. Where do you stop it.

By an employee in an excellent position, with good results. And my partner feel the same way and have many more examples. Forest has walked the gray area for too long and now they will be pulled back into line, to the tune of 100 million.

Get a new job, this in more than an 830 to 5 job, always has been. Try Burger King, you may not be qualified but your personality is a fit.
 












I worked for FOrest for about 4 years in the 2000's and it was like a college campus. I got laid more in those 4 years than I did in college. And I mean real nasty shit at training meetings, POA's and and hell I nailed some new hire in her storage unit when I was her FST, came all over her ass. It was her first week on the job, and I only knew her for a few hours and I banged her doggy stylel over some Benicar samples with my finer in her ass at about 3:30 in the afternoon. My god it was tremendous, No company I've worked for since then have had the type of ass the Forest Labs had, great place to be as a single guy in his early/mid 20's. I still wack to my expierences there. I think I got genial warts while I was ther but still, good times.

Sorry you are not at Abbvie. Our meetings are still like a wild frat party. Lots of sex and drugs. Our lasted NSM meeting was off the charts!!
