Some of the women in this lawsuit are sickening. Some deserved to win the suit, some were just pathetic women who took advantage of the situation.

That’s a nice payout. The problem the one in my area is having is that no one will hire her now. That will last a few years, but not forever.

That's known as getting blacklisted. I don't know if that's happened to any of these women, but if it did they can get a good lawyer and go after the guilty company / party. BTW I personally know one woman who collected around $175K and isn't even looking (right now) for new employment.

F YOU !!! I am getting a tough lawyer and will sue the SOBs who put out the world that I suck. I put in a lot of time here and work my butt off and made less than the guys. AT least I collected $316K to tide me over.

Weren’t the court documents public record? It just takes a Google search.

Here is how that works. Company gets resume from XYZ. Local reps ask around about XYZ. Company receiving resume from XYZ finds out they sued the previous employer. Right or wrong, company tells XYZ thank you for applying and have a nice day because they don’t want anyone with a track record of rocking the boat.

That simple. No one would have to put the word out, or would really probably care to. The word has probably been out for some time.
