Well, that's just it....they are ALL crooks running FL. They always have been and they will be until they are put in jail where they belong.

Since Labcorp is a public company, I think it's time we started letting the owners - the people that own the stock - know exactly what kind of people are in charge of FL

I think I will start writing letters to the Institutional owners of labcorp stock and make sure they are aware of TF, BN (out west), KS and TN in Orlando - another lawsuit getting ready to happen.
I'll let them know that these crooks are about to cost the company MILLIONS in lost lawsuits and claims.

Maybe this will get some attention.
 






Another suit to be filed this month against the same people! Also, Two more brewing at the pot! This should keep the Parker Poo people employed for several more years. Wonder if DK knows that it's the aftermath of his buddy BN that caused all of this? He's about to find out.

bb needs to def request that the court bring ks up on perjury charges

You are, of course, entitled to your opinion. Like Locke and Voltaire, we may not agree with your statement, but you have every right to express it.

Quality is all relative; subject to interpretation by the stakeholders of the industry.

Oh, and not all posters on this board belong the laboratory industry. As I have previously stated, my interest is purely academic.

But anyway are they losers as you say?
Are you a loser if you stand up to unethical practices?
Are you a loser if you devise a process that may lessen the duties in Operations; only to be rebuked because it's not tradition?

Quality people never disappear, regardless of whether they in Pre-, Infra-, or Post-Analytical stages.

What really needs to change is the Management, particularly Upper Management. It has been the prevailing philosophy to have ranks ascend to positions they are woefully untrained and uneducated for. Most upper levels does not have business credentials, If I'm not mistaken, one in Florida doesn't even have a degree.

Just something to think about. I'll take a look at the cases and provide a quick synopsis later.

The same employee in this specific example told labcorp attorneys that they were asked to provide non truthful testimony and the behavior has been allowed to continue. LabCorp filed a document to keep this testimony hidden under "court protection." That simply means that they don't want anyone in the public to understand that they in fact allow these type of practices to occur.
