If you are testifying in a federal case and fear "retaliation" by LabCorp, you should be aware that the law actually protects anyone who is a key witness in a federal trial. You should make sure that you make your fears clear on record as the labcorp attorneys along with the outside attorneys will attempt to intimidate you. This is considering "tampering" with a witness and is against the code of ethics which attorneys must adhere to. Consider turning the attorney who has intimidated you into the bar immediately! Your only option is to tell the truth. Also, you should consider hiring your own legal representation so that you have your concerns as a matter of record should labcorp try and terminate your employment after the trial for telling the truth. Always remember that these outside attorneys are looking out for themselves and are looking for ways to continue with their client for years to come, even if it means your the next victim because you didn't understand your rights under the law!
 






yeah, they did this to me and I went to my own attorney who told me I now have legal rights to take action against them. Don't let them intimidate you because they are a bunch of liars! They should all be more concerned with the status of their legal licensure after this one is over.

Talk to yourself? What does the attorney do that is so bad? How do they "intimidate" you?
 






Trying to get people to change their testimony is considered a "criminal" offense in federal court. Didn't you have to answer that question to pass your bar exam? What labcorp did in the first place was outright ciminal and now trying to cover up their mess with a bunch of lying attorneys at the added expense of additional employee's isn't going to happen in this case. We all plan to tell the truth and if that means you all lose your licenses and upper mgmt dies upon their own sword, will so be it!
 






Looks like RM, TF, TG "good ole boy club" is about to be taken down. Why do you think BN got transfered out of the division? Maybe you all should consider moving to Texas and following him over that way. Better hurry, it's about to catch up to you all!
 






This is what I know. I told these attorneys for lca that I was concerned about telling the truth, that I feared retalition. They told me NOT to say that under oath as it would open up a can of worms for LabCorp. I checked with my own attorney and she said the opposite, that I should state this under oath to protect myself and that I should also mention under oath that i was being instructed NOT to say things. She told me that coaching a witness as to what to say and not say, especially on the day of the deposition in a federal trial is a big no no.
 






DK is taking a trip to FL personally very soon.

All the depositions have really shown what crooks there are in FL management. Labcorp will be paying through the nose to fix all the problems caused by FL managers and HR.

All cases that have final judgments are considered public information and can request transcripts of the trial. Mainly, you will need to visit the courthouse to view judgments or if you have friends or anyone in the law business, they can view through the internet. Trials currently in session are open to the public for anyone to sit-in. So, if you would like to see the lies and the liars under this deceitful project you are more then welcome to attend.
 






Pacer is probably the best "free" solution. That is the US Courts website. It takes a few days to get a log-in, though, I am not sure if they just give one to anyone. It's .08 a page to view information. Westlaw and Lexis-Nexus are great options, but are affordable only through education institutions or high powered law firms.

Absent any one of those options, especially for cases in state courts, a trip to the county courthouse will work.

ALL Labcorp employees feel symapthy for JS and MB.

ALL OF US !

We know what really happened and the two of them got screwed.
But we are telling the truth in the depositions and boy, oh boy, is Labcorp management in Fl running scared.

You can't screw people out of commissions and then fire the two people that stood up for their employees and excpect those employees to side with Labcorp - the very people that were screwing the employees to begin with.

Yeah, employees are having to hire their own attorneys because of the games being played by labcorp, its become a complete joke and TF is no where to been found these days, hiding out somewhere. we are losing big business and accessions, rumor is TF days are numbered
 






does anyone know if these a holes have the legal rights to my personal computer? There is a whole lot of stuff on it that would get me fired. labcorp was to cheap to buy my a computer, so i am not giving it to them.
