Hey Cadence reps, not all of the Mallinckrodt reps are contract. If you're going to act condescending, at least get your facts straight first.

If that is the case, and really at this point who really knows, all the Cadence reps will quit. One thing that is clear is that the Cadence reps have phenomenal and successful experience and have the experience to take Mallickrodt to the next level in the hospital environment. They are all very marketable to other top positions. So it's very simple, if Mallinckrodt doesn't offer a highly competitive package, everyone will quit. All the Cadence reps that I know are working with recruiters anyway, just in case the package sucks. It will be Mallinckrodt's mistake and demise if they don't treat the Cadence representatives well. We want fleet cars, great healthcare package, and 401k match. If the promotional spending goes bye bye and they initiate call reporting, everyone will leave for better pastures. It's really that simple.

Oh we are so scared !! Let them quit if they think they are so great!

Selling in the pain space is a lot different than any other specialty. More challenging but also more rewarding. You have to be really good to rise to the top and be viewed as a successful rep. I've sold hospital, and several different specialties and nothing is more rewarding than oncology and pain. This job is a sample drop grab a signature kind of job. Rep's that think it is don't last here because they never find success. Get off your high horse and let's get along. Hospital isn't that special. There are a lot of reps in the brands division that have hospital experience and they made the transition to pain for a reason.

Honestly hospitals are getting so bad it's not as fun as it used to be. Pharmacy sucks. They are not letting you even step foot in many accounts but you still have responsibility for hitting your number. It used to be the place to be...not any more!

We would, but the Mallinckrodt website is horrible and your CEO couldn't even answer the simplest questions. If you are a Mallinkcrodt inside rep and not contract, why don't you at least leave a message outlining your benefits. For example, what kind of fleet car do you drive, what is the 401k match, what insurance company do you get your medical benefits from? If you would answer all the questions, we would appreciate that.

United Healthcare, all legacy reps get Equinox. It was most popular option in the past, so now it is only choice. Heard from a colleague that ordered that they are nicely equipped. 401K match - I can't remember, but I will look it up and let you know. I know that I think I will retire with nice $$$ and have been with Mall for 8 yrs.

401l is an automatic 3% company core contribution. Then a 50% match of the first 6%.

Why are you guys even discussing Fleet Cars when Xartemis XR is not even approved yet. I would worry about my dame job rather then worrying about getting a free car from this contract. This is a very stupid and funny post that was started.
