HR is a puppet of executive management at this company. They are not for the employee they are against them. HR also was involved in some scandalous stuff regarding the old (literally) CFO MT. The company has done illegal stuff and was fined for it, they have another case in the courts right now regarding using India and saying it was not India. Just ask a veteran CCT tech there and ask them if what Lifewatch did was ethical..or legal. India was brought on so Lifewatch could pay them next to nothing, lay off a bunch of people and then Lie about it to the US government. They will be fined but I am also sure they have some politicians in their pocket, money always wins. LIFEWATCH is a has-been company..products are old and outdated.

LB works hard at being a biatch. Really. Worst excuse for an HR coordinator, errr senior executive vice chair president royal highness and queen of the botched up comp plan, benefits plan and development plan. She walks around with a potato chip up her as*.
 






LB is just another example of the kind of company we work for...bunch of A holes that really could care less about their employees. What has HR done for anyone in the company that is positive?? Please do tell!!!

I had an issue and spoke with AP in HR, what a waste of time. if I knew I would be talked to like an idiot for 30 minutes then I would of stayed at my desk. Where did they find all these A holes?
