It amazes me that there are so many disgruntled people who work at Lifewatch, obviously there is a real problem. Does anyone know why?
I totally agree, this Broad LB and this so called Compensation market analysis that has been rolled out is a joke. Epic fail, must be her biggest accomplishment to tell you by the way we checked the market and you will remain poor. Take your paper and shove it. Craigslist list Lol they probably found her at unemployment office.Easy. None of them especially senior management can get a job at either an A list or B list healthcare company. Think about it. Telemetry is so commoditized and lacks innovation and excitement. These senior management dopes just like to throw around their titles. But they know first well that they'd do anything to work for the likes of Pfizer or J&J. They're miserable hacks and want to make everyone else miserable. Starting with that HR broad they hired from Craigslist. What a piece of work!

Yeah LB lacks social skills, she talks to everyone under executive level like they are less than her. Every time I pass her she doesn't even crack her lips to speak. Seriously. That Broad LB wasn't kept once her company got bought. If she was that exceptional they'd keep her. That's why she came here. No way she could get the top HR spot in any reputable company so she came here. She's stuck in 1995. Now she just likes to fly first class to Europe and pretend she's a high flyer biz exec. Don't think other departments are so glorious, Distribution has so much drama like high school. Let's just agree that as a whole there are many things that need to be fixed at LW starting from the top.LIFEWATCH really sucks to work for, but people do have bills and such so a job is sometimes needed to pay bills etc. One does not know Lifewatch sucks until they experience it day in and day out. People in HR and Compliance at Lifewatch are not nice people and do not care about their employees. Lee sucks big time, he is so slow at approving anything that it causes massive delays and hurts business, did he approve the India set up??? I would suspect he will have to answer to the court.
