LIFEWATCH- The worst company to work in my opinion, they really couldnt care less about the average employee??/ Where are the raises?? where are real bonuses? Why do they pay for some people to fly to California and back all the time yet cannot give a little raise to the people that actually make the company go round day after day? I really hope the executives and certain managers get what they deserve...FIRED!!!!

BTW --their products stink and are not innovative.

I believe I have every right to complain about the company on this board, I think the company stinks and yes I will voice this opinion, how else do things change in this corrupt place? Sounds like you have a lot of free time to sit and monitor this board, everyone knows that the executives and managers have cushy jobs and a lot of time to surf the internet and comment on these posts.

Thought I signed up for a company that respects their employees and patients, that's how it was presented during the interview, guess that was not accurate. Anyone can say what they feel on this board, you are not the king. Why don't you get busy working and justify that big paycheck you receive instead of sitting on this board and wasting precious time and money. Must be nice!!

Wow. If this poster is your "internal HR monitor" then they need coaching on how to counter a perceived negative posting. C'mon: "80 calls a day from mostly disgruntled patients"? Really? Is that not the most accurate reflection of the poor quality of this company's products and services?

You have 'mostly disgruntled customers' and you're proud of the hard working people that work here? If senior management doesn't understand the fundamental fallacy in that statement then they are perpetuating the promotion and sale of fundamentally poor products. Face it, you can't have it both ways. When the people who work here are working hard to resolve mostly disgruntled complaints from customers then it's time to work hard on fixing the quality of your products.

With satisfied customers, would these senior managers be able to justify their high salaries and lofty and out of step with the market job titles? Doubt it.

Spot on! As long as this company continues to hire hack senior management people with high falutin titles to justify their high salaries then this place is a sinking ship. Problem is where do they get these people? They're rejects from other places or couldn't get a job in a legitimate health care company.
 




They are friends, its a big network of people who take care of each other..lets be honest, these people are hand picked..ITS A SCAM!! The company is all about executives and their pals, making big money and doing a bunch of looking out the window..pretty lame. California minimum wage is now 15.00, how many people at lifewatch make less than minimum wage now?
