How does this incompetent fool keep his job? Who is watching the company store? He is a total embarrassment as a manager. I will never take him in to an account because he is clueless of the business and can't bring any value to the conversation. But he is a stellar subordinate (AKA Brown Nose).

This guy is one of many problems here at Philips. Until they address the problems one by one nothing will change. It would be a good start to RIF this guy and show they are trying to make things better. It may be to much to ask of this place.

This guy is a political animal and that is the reason he survives. He can't stand alone on accomplishments so he becomes the worlds greatest kiss ass to superiors. He reminds me of the intern on the Southwest Airline commercial getting all his bosses coffee to show how valuable he is. Trying desperately to hide his insufficiencies.
