I left Philips a year ago (thank God). Have they kept this Clown around or moved on? Very uninspiring leader, not trustworthy or believable. Nobody wants to work for this guy, or beside him. Most hated manager in Philips.

TS is just like all the other bozo Philips managers. LW, ( total dick and a drunk)- harasses his reps, doesn't know shit and keeps getting moved from division to division

Oh and don't get me started on the realignment where they promoted MR from a pm rep who destroyed the territory they covered, never ever made quota but kissed enough ass to become a vp? Seriously. No management experience. Only had one sales job ever. A Philips patient monitor rep. Suddenly a vp.

I have never ever seen such a screwed up company in 25 years in the medical disposable and capital world.

That stupid mega meeting is USELESS. It's managements way to bolster their self esteem. Their cheesy role plays are just ridiculous

They use it to evaluate you- ward said consider it a 4 day interview? It's like hell. Thought I already had my job. That's why I was there

So glad to be home. There is no course of career there. You could be a rep who never made quota for 7 years and become the next area vp or you could be a rep who is good but gets canned

Rumor swirling around the company that TS finally took a bullet, and nobody wants him in other divisions. Way over due! At least it seems to be common knowledge of what this POS is all about.
 






Well the world at Philips is righted. They woke up and rid the company of a bad dude that had been screwing things up for years. TS has been riffed out of the company. There are many cheering this move. Hopefully he will be replaced by a leader who has some vision and tact. Gilly Gilly!
