Surely you are kidding...... Please define "winning" for me.
He is a corporate puppet with no backbone nor an original thought or idea. He allowed the suppressive and non-motivating leadership of Philips to destroy what was once the most profitable BU in the company. The Director of Sales a couple of RSM's a bunch of reps all left because of this douchebag you call a leader. Please take note, leaders were in place long before this clown came on the scene and there was plenty of "winning" going on my friend. Things like record financial results, record consecutive quarters of exceeding revenue plan, people were happy and enjoyed where they worked and who they worked for. So please let me know if you are experiencing that type of "winning". Good luck........
Sense and Simplicity
From my standpoint, give me a good product that I can go out and sell. "Leadership" doesn't matter, I am killing it and yes, I am selling the same thing all you losers are complaining about. I don't get it, why do you care about T.S.? He doesn't impact what I do on a day to day basis, sales are good, and we work for a winner. GET OVER IT! We are winning!

TS is a self promoting PIMP that uses his subordinates to put together data and in his words "spoon feed him" so he can talk like he is an authority on the subject even though he is ignorant in that particular area. He is a corporate brown nose to the max. Only problem is that upper management at Philips like this brian-less type of yes man.

The problem with TS is that the jerk doesn't understand any of the businesses he is supporting. He has his direct reports put his power points and in his words "spoon feed him the information" so he can look to be intelligent (even though he is a moron). He is a fake and an arrogant idiot. Have they fired Little Hitler (TS) yet? He has driven ChMV business down to $2.9M a month! A far cry from the days of $6M — $7M a month when he took over responsibility from the old guard that actually knew what they were doing and growing the business. Both TS and RM are responsible but continue to play the blame game and place responsibility anywhere but where is sits, at their feet. Schafer, Moore, and Friedman are all responsible as they fell a sleep at the wheel. They will never take ownership of their failure but try to blame others (BU or previous management). Moore is already interviewing for his escape and Schafer will deflect to others as he has in the past. ChMV was once a thriving business when it was run by people who actually understood the business and were not pretenders like the current management team. David Russell is just as responsible as the others but will blame the sales team. The entire management team is incompetent. Fire them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At Children's very few understand the business due to how many players that did understand it, have left. Thompson, Kaufman, Cooksey, Simenauer, Vasos, Cestone, Young, Thomas, Middendorf, Miller, Chilton, Sanders, Kelleher, Gibson, and there are many more on the way out. Turd Shitfer (clueless) and Dodger Moore (the invisible man) don't have the knowledge or skill level to backfill all the talent that has fled this Cluster F _ _ _! Once a very solid business is now circling the drain under the leadership (lack of) of these two BOZO'S. Wake up Friedman and show some leadership and bounce these clown's before it's too late. Don't hide from this, do the right thing as a leader as you have not done so to this point.

Good performers are leaving and at the end of the day you will be backing a non revenue producing BOZO! This guy is driving business units into the ground and killing morale. You are sending a strong message that smaller businesses within Philips don't merit your attention or matter. It does matters to us! Please do something as it is truly your responsibility to do so!
