I wonder if employees of any major company, have tried to start a petition to the board/shareholders basically asking for layoffs, essentially begging for it.
The way most of this thread reads, at least you got a few to get petition started.

Absolutely! Cvmd Sales would see an increase if DSS took over the endos vs the "specialty-NOT" ESS team. Talk about cream of the crop. Crop season has been rough these last few years

Wow! When is this feud between DSS and ESS ever going to end? ESS was created in 2013, ~5 years ago. They’re not going anywhere, so move on.
 




















Yep! Investment bankers are attempting to broker deals to divest duplicate therapeutic areas. The global CVMD portfolio is of value. US rights, not so much. Can’t name the top bidder. Let’s just say they are private and know how to strike deals.

With Keytruda leading the way for IO meds, they would have to sell imfuzzy too.

i have been here 18 months and besides the first few months of training and figuring out the territory I have been absolutely bored. I finally came to terms with it and figured that if I just give them what they want which is activity metrics , participate, act positive and meet my budget quarterly I can be here as long as I want . I will be surprised if layoffs happen. Agree we need them but I also have accepted the ineptitude of those who run this place. I am lucky if I speak to one dr a day....lucky!

So. How does the 15 yr + rep define freedom? 11 days to freedom? I say not. Hope of a somewhat golden parachute is diminishing fast. The threads,posts have been/are aplenty and consistent , but to date--nothing!!

If AZ wants to save $$, offer anyone,at any time, 2-3 weeks severance per yr of service, etc. In other words, a standing offer that's always available for higher paid employees to get out and save company $$. Hundreds, if not more, want out. But still held hostage.

Research your privacy laws with regards to cell phones, or even your personal computers, etc. Whoever that poster is "15 year plus employee" , u have nothing to worry about. Can u imagine the lawsuits if someone tried to come after you for a post? Slander, false statements, yes. Hoping no one would be that stupid!!!!

One thing we can bet on.
Feb 1 is getting fairly close. However, serious doubts an announcement would occur before a national sales meeting. Reason being& who would even participate in the meetings and or be productive if they had just received the news of impending layoffs? Zero morale, etc.
My bet would be March.
