Its hard to deliver when your paths dont like to pick up the phone, travel or do anything. We arent losing to Quest or Labcorp we are losing to the peer to peer relationship with the local labs. Our paths have built mansions of our blood,sweat and tears but dont want to leave those mansions. Time to up your game

Inform will disolve for several reasons
1) its a must to be the local lab with relationships these days. Perhaps we need kiosks in key states
2) if we dont want to do kiosks we need to do revenue models
3) our paths need to follow preferences
4) we need to embrace residency programs
5) we need proven managers with proven talk paths. How am i supposed to go close business in a specialty i have never been trained on?

We are no longer a world class lab. We are a national lab with no stickiness. We will disappear very shortly. We needed to be sold, just not to Avista and Mooney, that guy is such a bald headed clown who doesnt understand pathology.

Here come the departures and tes you can say goodbye but I will be leaving with a job you will be told to leave when you get blindsided. I am not happy about that, I am saddenend as we sold to the wrong people.

Thanks FFFG, this is just another example of our silly sales people thinking they know better than anyone else. Truth is, they rely on corporate to give them golden nuggets to sell vs actually being a sales person and truly knowing how to sell thru to clients. They only know how to blame and take no responsibility. Hope the cancer reps don’t plan on showing up to the NSM again this year. That was embarrassing last year. please refer to us as “ Legendary” reps instead. What we have done can never be duplicated!! We sold our asses off but the word is out on Inform. Our clients know we are a sinking ship. Lets just look at the amount of cases we have lost in various divisions over the last 2 weeks. 1500-2500 cases gone or 3000 bottles. Good luck to thos reps being motivatec for the year. Maybe firing Scotty B wasnt the right move.
Trust me. The resignations are coming. Happy Management GIRL will try to put a positive spin on it at the NSM.
